DMCA Policy

MockTestDeck respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe that content hosted on MockTestDeck infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the specific page URL) that we can locate it on the Site.
  4. Your contact information, including a mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

How to submit your notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice to dmca@scholardonkey.com, or submit it via our Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Incomplete notices may result in a delay while we request the missing information.

What happens next

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner. We may also notify the user who posted or is responsible for the material, where applicable.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted or that relates to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate court) and will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

Content on MockTestDeck found to repeatedly and knowingly infringe third-party copyright will be removed, and in serious cases the associated contributor's access to submit content may be terminated.

A note on mock test papers

Where mock tests reproduce or reconstruct previous year question papers for study and practice purposes, copyright in the original papers remains with the respective exam conducting authority. If you are a rights holder with a concern about specific material, please use the process above.

This DMCA policy may be updated periodically. Please review it occasionally for changes.
